Eoin Tamura

Biografi

Eoin is a young, award-winning director, producer, and writer who is best known for his work on Out of Spite and Tracker Kid: Private Investigator. He specializes in comedy, with his persistent positive spirit bleeding into his work. His unique blend of wit, charm, and heart makes for films that - while funny - still have a relatability to them that captures the audience

Growing up, Eoin’s father cultivated his love for filmmaking, creating short films together, and providing various opportunities for him to create his own passion projects. This passion followed him throughout his teenage years, leading him to join Central Memorial High School’s PVA Media Arts program. He represented Central at the Calgary Regional Skills Competition two years in a row, as well as winning the school’s Excellence in Audio Video Award. His films have been showcased at both the Calgary International Film Festival and Calgary High School Film Festival. He is currently enrolled at the University of British Columbia in their Film Production program.
