In 2023, Connor had an extremely successful year, starring in Netflix Sex Education Season 4, A Trainee Assistant Director on an Oscar Shortlisted Short Film called "GoodBoy" Written and Directed by Tom Stuart, an Art Department Assistant on "Save The Children TV Commercial" and finally a Production Assistant on "Heavyweight" a feature film Written and Directed by Christopher Anthony. Building on this success, Connor went on to write and direct Stapler, a darkly comedic drama that garnered multiple awards and further cemented his reputation on the international festival circuit. The film was praised for its inventive structure, striking visuals, and the standout performance of Jason Anthony - a frequent collaborator of Connor's. Their creative partnership has become a key feature of his most successful work, with Anthony often playing layered, compelling characters in Connor's films.
Outside of filmmaking, Connor is also an accomplished event host and singer, known for his charismatic presence and smooth vocal style inspired by artists like Michael Bublé.
