Boris Bokir

Biografi

Boris Thompson Manullang, S.H., known as Boris Bokir (born May 25, 1988), is an Indonesian stand-up comedian, actor, and presenter of Batak descent. He first gained recognition as one of the contestants in the Stand Up Comedy Indonesia competition on Kompas TV in 2012.

Boris joined the Stand Up Indo Bandung community in 2011. He frequently performed in various cafes and university campuses around Bandung. He also participated in the Street Comedy competition held in Depok and secured second place in the event.

In 2012, Boris auditioned for Stand Up Comedy Indonesia on Kompas TV and successfully made it as one of the 13 finalists. He was the first contestant of Batak ethnicity to join the competition. However, his journey ended in the top seven round.
