Süleyman Saim Tekcan, (born 1940, Trabzon) Turkish painter, film actor, sculptor, print, graphic, engraving artist and lecturer.

The most famous of these films, Metin Erksan's screenplay and directed by Sevmek Zamanı, went down in cinema history with his role as the evil lover Başar.
