Sinopsis

A dead cop, a federal inmate and a summertime boyfriend embody the fantasies that haunt an adoptee as he embarks on a virtual journey to unearth his paternal roots. Social media messages and online relationships come to life as he yearns to humanize his phantom father and connect with his ancestral ghosts. Based on real emails, voicemails, texts and Facebook messages from an adoptee’s true search, @ghostkingdom reveals the significance in understanding one’s roots, connecting with one’s biological relatives and accepting one’s truth.
