The city of Nezahualcoyotl in Mexico has gone from being a desert moor with zero inhabitants in 1950 to being the city with the largest demographic explosion in Latin America in 2018. Their people self-management of getting education and culture contrasts with a violent city that lives in the state with the highest rate of feminicides in the world.
