In this deeply personal documentary, Benjamin Wagner sets out to understand his own mental health challenges by exploring the impact of acute and chronic stress on a population in which anxiety, depression, and dysregulation are epidemic. With the help of friends and neighbors like State Senator Sarah McBride, Somatic Psychologist Matthew D.
