Sinopsis

Achilles the tortoise has been kidnapped! The owner, a graduate student Mei (Dohi Kiriko), runs around Kobe with a detective (Morii Masashi), taking JR, Sanyo Train, ropeway, and carlator one after another, and the story reaches its climax at Sumaura Mountain Amusement Park!
